I was recently at an all day outdoor event and spent the better part of 8 hours in the sun with absolutely no sunscreen. As soon as I got home I knew I was in for a lot of pain and a couple of sleepless nights. I literally told a buddy of mine that I thought it was the worst burn I had ever had.
